The weather is great here and all the leaves are starting to change. I wanted to show you a little bit of the place where I am staying.
I am staying in a park named Treasure Lake. I bought a membership in this park back in February. I came here back in the 1990's and in 2004 as a member of Coast to Coast. Man have things changed! The park has really grown. They have added a lot of park model trailers that you can rent as well as many other changes.
This park is right on the main strip of Branson. They had enough foresight to not sell any of their land. Instead, they leased some of their land to a couple of restaurants, a mini-mall, and an I-Max theater. The park makes a pretty penny off that lease which helps with not only many improvements to the park, but also helps keep the maintenance fees, rental fees and other fees lower for their members. That's a good thing! :)
One day while I was walking through the park, I decided to take a few pics to share with you.
Every morning when I walk, there are turkeys and deer in this area.
I was trying to show you the Frisbee golf above.
This is a fire ring and gazebo area.
This is some of the park models available to rent if you want to come and don't have an RV or don't want to bring your RV or if you have guests that want to come.
This is part of the miniature golf course.
Another shot of the miniature golf course
This is the club house and the building on the right is where the indoor pool is.
The Lodge is a building where you can play cards with a group and on the weekends, they have breakfast.
This is the playground, volleyball court, and tennis courts.
This is a shot of the outdoor pool, a barbecue area, and the building in the back of the pic has a shuffleboard area and outdoor movie area.
